Since 2006 Alisha has worked primarily with children, youth and their families. Alisha has over 10 years experience working in a clinical mental health setting. She understands how a young persons mental health can impact their behavior and performance. Alisha enjoys providing support to children and youth to be successful at home, school and within their community. Rhonda has 16 years experience working with children, youth and families in a clinical mental health and education setting. She has experience providing therapy and working with youth and families in crisis. Neeja Boyd is a member of Opaskwayak Cree Nation, born and raised in Treaty Four territory. She completed both her Bachelor and Master of social work degree at the University of Regina. Neeja is a registered social worker with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers. She has more than 15 years of social work experience. She has several years of experience working in a clinical mental health setting and has worked in education and addictions. Neeja uses an intersectional approach to explore how people experience the world and how their experiences are shaped and influenced by their identity. Neeja has taken various training sessions related to trauma and practices through a trauma informed lens. She incorporates the Medicine Wheel Teachings into her practice. Neeja believes that in order to support people in their mental health journey; the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of health should also be considered.
